All classes at GO! focus on FUN! Our classes are non-competitive and designed for your child to learn, grow, and explore!
Pre-School: Ages 3-5 ($60/4weeks)
Your child will practice basic tumbling skills in this 45 minute structured class. This class is designed to improve balance and coordination. Your child will also gain valuable listening and learning skills through this FUN 4 week class.
Beginners: Ages 6-8 ($60/4 weeks)
This 45 minute recreational class serves as an introduction to tumbling. We will learn and practice basic tumbling skills such as beam and floor exercises. This is a co-ed class and serves as a great way to improve balance, strength, and coordination which will benefit any athlete.

Classes are Tuesdays - 5:30pm-6:15pm (beginning June 5, 2018)
Join instructor Anna Perilo for a unique way to experience music and movement to your toddler. FunikiJam (pronounced: Fun-NEE-KEE-Jam) encourages movement in class to indigenous music from around the world. Certified FunikiJam teacher, Perilo will guide students while introducing instruments, acting and chants to a variety of global sounds.
MOMMY AND ME YOGA!:
Thursdays 5:00pm-5:45pm ($60/4weeks)
This is a great class to do with your little ones that will allow you to slow down and bond with them. It includes the breakdown of yoga postures for both adults and children. Through relaxing breathwork and a gentle flow, you and your littles will leave class refreshed. This class also includes lots of giggles as you and your little one interact with one another! Experienced and beginner students are welcome (as are the daddies)!
Thursdays 6:00pm-6:45pm ($60/4 weeks)
This is a fun class for your little ones to explore their imagination to its fullest as they learn yoga postures and relaxation techniques. It will keep their minds and bodies busy as they have fun being in the moment with their friends. Parents can take a break as their children learn lessons in whole body awareness and mindfulness. All abilities are welcome!
